We saw Ken and Shirley many many times during the growing season and always received great advice and laughter. Have missed them both since they sold Peck’s.

Shirley: Really sorry to hear about Ken's death. He was a character in high school and it looks like he never changed. You two and your extended family were wonderful contributors to CR. He will be missed. Big hugs to you.

Shirley, so sorry to hear of Ken's passing. He was a true friend and great guy. Many memories of our camp-outs with Indian Guides & Indian Princess with Brett & Sara and Doug & Kim. My thoughts and prayers are with you and family. God Bless.

Ken was a good man. Always enjoyed stopping at Peck's to talk to him or when he would stop by our shop to visit. Condolences to all.

My condolences to the Peckosh family. Ken was always good to me, I enjoyed our conversations and his advice, truly one of the good guys….. Thank you Ken for all you did for Linn-Mar and the student body. You will be missed. R.I.P. p.s. I will plant a tree on my property for you, just as you taught me.

Shirley so sorry to hear of Ken's passing. He was a Great Guy, he will be missed. My condolences to you and family. jerry

Deepest sympathies to our childhood friends Brett, Sara, and Shirley. Loved sitting around the campfire as a child with you all singing songs and watching all the 'grown-ups' be goofy. I'll never forget the many trips to the nursery to see you, and how you made the world a little greener. :) Blessings and peace to you all as you mourn and remember.

We were so shocked catching up with the news after a busy weekend to learn of Ken’s passing. There are many fond memories of raising our children together. So many moments to cherish. Our hearts go out to Shirley, Bret and Sara and families. May your memories give comfort and peace. We are so very sorry for your loss.

Condolences to my childhood family friends Shirley, Brett, and Sara. Many fond memories growing up with Ken and you guys in the neighborhood. Indian Guides, camping, a trip to Wisconsin to watch the Hawkeyes play the Badgers (Hayden Fry years) and just hanging out at each other's houses. Ken always made the times together a lot of fun. Hope you all are doing well.

My condolences to you Shirley and family. . . I was so sad to hear of Ken passing to the great beyond. Loved our times together as either Ken or Shirley coached our kiddos & nephews. We always could depend on you both as well as your staff to never steer us wrong as we inquired about our garden specimens, fixes or problems. We all will miss Ken's whitt and company but not as much as you, his family. May he rest in peace waiting for you to be by his side. Prayers and ((Hugs)) for you all.

Ken and I were best friends during high school. What a rascal he was! He made me laugh so much! He blended the humor with realism and a mind of his own! Loved the Guy! So sorry Shirley. May you find peace in this time from friends and family.

Our deepest condolences to the entire family. May all your happy memories sustain you! We will be honored to plant a tree next spring in Ken’s honor.

Shirley and family. When I got Todd's note about Ken's passing, I was surprised. Vic and I so enjoyed visiting with the two of you at INLA conventions. Guess we never know how long we have on this earth, but we do know that nurserymen (people) are a great bunch of people with long, strong friendships. God bless you all in this time.

Shirley you and your family have our sincere condolences. I enjoyed getting to know Ken thru INLA , loved his sense of humor and always respected him. You two made a great couple. Been many years since we have connected but great memories. Gary and Kathy Fisk

So very sorry to hear of Ken's passing. He was a joy! I'll think of him every time I look at our countless Peck's perennials, trees, lawn tools and ornaments. Please take care.

Shirley and family - So sorry to hear about Ken. Keep your memories close to your heart. Thoughts and prayers! Val Holm

Shirley and family, I'm so sorry to hear of Ken's passing. Always fun seeing and talking to you all at INLA functions over the years. Dad(Vic) loved your family . Hope there both planting things in heaven for years to come . Condolences to you all.

Shirley, Please know that you and your family are in our hearts today. The obituary honoring Ken was such a beautifully written, loving tribute. Although we cannot attend the visitation today, we will be streaming the prayer service. Sending hugs. Jan and Rick Netolicky

Shirley, so sorry for your loss. It's been a very long time since I've seen either of you. My heart aches for your family. Sue (Williams) Benton

Society lost an accomplished man who enjoyed his many selfless contributions to others. As is the case in the current realm, the Peckosh family are comforted knowing he has now passed into the next realm where his concerns and gifts will continue to benefit others.

Shocked to read of Ken's passing! He was such a great guy! Working for him and the rest of the family was a joy, something you can't say about everyone! Ken was always fun to be with no matter what we were doing including working Hog Wild Days or ringing the Red Kettle Bell! Sympathies to all.

Our sympathy to you Shirley and family from everyone at Bailey Nurseries that had the privilege to know Ken and work with you both over the years. Ken was a wonderful man.

Our deepest condolences to the entire family. May all your happy memories sustain you! We will be honored to plant a tree next spring in Ken’s honor.

I remember Ken standing proudly by his station at Peck's season after season. I loved the way he teased me, treated his customers and ran his business. He was an absolute gem. Sending condolences and love to the entire Peckosh family.

We are so sorry to learn of Ken’s passing. We hope that your Precious memories will give your family some comfort in the Coming days. Our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.

Shirley, so sorry for your loss. Many memories of playing softball and Ken's presence. Prayers for you and your family.

Shirley my heart hurts for you. You have never been out of my heart. You were my best friend when I needed one. You and Ken proved everyone wrong!

It is difficult to find the right words to express the grief we feel at this news. Ken was…well, Ken! One-of-a-kind and fondly remembered. Many tears and many smiles will be shared in the days ahead as memories are brought to mind. Our sincere condolences to Shirley and the family. Dave and Beth (Ryder) Hill
