Helen B. Stull, 95, of Cedar Rapids, passed away on Monday, December 27, 2021. A visitation will be held on Friday, December 31, 2021, from 10:00-11:00am, at the Cedar Memorial Park Funeral Home. A funeral service and committal at the Cedar Memorial Park Cemetery will immediately follow.
Helen Betty Stull was born on May 6, 1926 in Pawnee, Oklahoma to Edward and Anna (Novotny) Kolar. She was united in marriage to William “Bill” Stull on March 31, 1956. Helen worked in food service for the Cedar Rapids Public Schools for many years. She was also a longtime member of Hillside Wesleyan Church.
Helen loved gardening and always looked forward to spring. She was a people person who especially enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren. She loved cats and was affectionately known as “Kitty Grandma”.
Helen is survived by her sons, Ron (Linda) Stull and Ray Stull; and grandchildren, Cody Stull and Chelsea Stull.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Bill Stull; parents, Edward and Anna; and step-parents, Frank and Jean Miller.
