I have very special memories of Carroll. I founded Flood Them With Love in 2008 and worked with approximately 1000 flood survivors. Both Carroll and Mary stand out. I admired Carroll so much for his humor, positive attitude and determination. We worked together to get a predatory bank to forgive the mortgage on their ruined home. I still have a plant that Carroll gave me. I wish his family peace and many happy memories.

Mr. Carnahan made a point of brightening the day of all the staff when he would visit Cedar Memorial to pay on his pre-planned funeral. He was such a nice man and will be missed. Please accept my sympathy for your loss.
