I was lucky enough to have known Verna and her great family for the brief time of 7 years. She did like to try her luck at the slots on occasion. LOL I have had a cocktail or two with her and her crazy sister Connie. Will miss not seeing you at the Isle.

Verna was a super lady, and friend. I bowled with her in the 80s and 90s at marion bowl. Always a smile, and she taught me how to buy lottery tickets. always buy in 5s. Lol she will be missed, she was terrific! RIP, verna!
