Stacy, mom and I are thinking of you and your family at this time. Mom said to look her up she's at the same house and same number. We're so very sorry for your loss. We know how very much Mike meant to you.

Rest in Peace Uncle Mike. You have touched so many lives. ?

I'm so sad to read about Mike's passing. His great smile is 1 of the first I remember when I started at the Downtown Workshop of Handicapped Systems in 1976. He was a joker, fun loving, loved his music and to dance!! He was joy. He was a hard worker, true friend. Love you Mike!!

Jack, Tony, Stacy and Kitty, Thinking of the good times on Towne House Drive when our quartet practiced at your house. Mike was always a ray of sunshine, loving music, his harmonica and pretty ladies :). I'm sure he touched many lives. My thoughts and love to all of you.

Kitty, So sorry for the loss of your brother. To the entire Carr family, Our thoughts and prayers are with you all. Cherish your memories.

I have been a volunteer Special Olympics coach the last 27 years and I tremendously enjoyed Mike in all Special Olympics athletics. He was a prankster and a fun competitor! I enjoy most picturing him enjoying softball and our Special Olympic dances! My sincere condolences and blessings to you his family. Coach Brenda

The Carr Family was a large part of my growing up years to which I will always have fond memories of Mike. As the years passed and my children were of young age it was Mike reminding them to watch out for cars as he exited the city bus in front of our home on Jacolyn Drive.

I was saddened to see the news of the passing of Mike. As a Social Worker and later a Director with Linn County MHDD Services, I had many contacts with Mike. He was a pleasure to know, and I'm sure he will be missed by his family.

Kitty, we are thinking of you and your family at this sad time.

Uncle Mike we have many lovely memories of your times with us. You will be greatly missed.
