Dear Jo and Tom, Kevin, Kirby and Ted, How very sorry I am for your loss. We spent many wonderful times together growing up next door and playing together. Your father was always so sweet to us Becker kids (maybe because we were mostly girls) but we always enjoyed it when he came out to see what we were up to. He was kind and funny and a wonderful hard working father to you all. With Love, Debbi

Tom was one of the last of the great generation. He and Dad, whose 100th birthday would have been today, were friends. Each served in WWII, stood out in his profession including law school and bar association service, volunteered for all kinds of things, spawned kids who became lawyers, married well, and enjoyed life. May the great memories soon eclipse the immediate pain of the loss. Joel & Sharon Greer

My heart goes out to your entire family. The world was better because Tom was in it. His dedication to the law, multiple civil causes, and various charities is beyond impressive. After reading his long list of accomplishments, I found myself asking, “How did one man do so much?” Sally has been my closest friend for 40+ years, and I’ve enjoyed the stories she’s shared about traveling with Tom and Jo in Europe and sparing with Tom over numerous topics at the dinner table. Although I’ve only met Tom once, I feel like I know him through the kind of man that Kevin is; ethical, kind, funny, hard-working, and compassionate.

Kevin and Sally, to you and all of your family, my sincere condolences for your loss. 2020 has been a year like no other in our lifetimes and losing the patriarch of your family makes it even more difficult to deal with the combined grief and loss. My sympathy to all of you.
