Matt, We were saddened to hear of Karen's passing. It was a delight to meet her, and in the short time we spent in her energetic presence, it was clear she cherished you and your children. Out thoughts and prayers are with you and the girls.

I am very sorry that I didn't know Karen better than I did. What I learned about her these past several months was that she was a genuine woman of faith! She radiated the peace and love within her. She actually provided comfort to me regarding her illness with her calm and loving demeanor! Prayers of peace to Matt and the girls. Know Karen's spirit lives on forever in you all!

While we only had a few times to interact, I enjoyed her smile and her friendly manner as she walked her dogs in the neighborhood. I am sorry we didn't get to know each other better. Our thoughts are with you in this time of grief. ( your White Eagle neighbors)

Thinking of you all so much at this very time. Karen was a beautiful person - inside and out. She glorified God in her life, and with her illness. I am sure you will miss her forever, so many sympathies for your pain and loss. (From Esther Goodlaxson also, your neighbor in Colfax.)

John and I send our deepest sympathy to Matt and the Girls. Karen was so very proud of her family and she loved you to the moon. You all have our prayers and sending hugs ?

It was almost a year ago that Karen’s bright smile improved our neighborhood. She walked her dogs and entered our lives with her genuine warmth and captivating personality. Our paths crossed for a brief time but we will remember and miss her. Travis and Becky Cleveland

Karen was a beautiful testimony to the love of Jesus drawing her to finally rest in His arms! Her spunk and vivacious soul was wrapped in an adorable and simultaneously beautiful dynamo package, that propelled her through life fast to touch and impact SO many lives in her generous and empowering words and actions. Her deep and constant love for Matt and her girls was only overshadowed by her love of Jesus. I grieve the loss of my dear friend and sister in Christ deeply, but I know the party in heaven has embraced her infectious smile and laugh, and I look forward to that future eternal celebration of joy!
