Herb was our good neighbor for many years. He always had a smile and a friendly hello when we saw him. Lately, he spent many hours walking his dog around the neighborhood. We always looked forward to seeing him. We will miss him greatly. He was a very good compassionate man. Our sympathy to Michel and the family during this difficult time.
