Oh my! I have had a short note with some pictures of mutual relatives on my desk for a long time. Frances was very kind in sending my information when she certainly didn't know me. An example of her kindness. My condolences to the family. I know she will be missed.

My heartfelt sympathy to Fran’s family. She was a special lady with a big heart. I worked with her for many years at Coldwell Banker and always enjoyed her company. God bless Fran.

Mike,Larry, and family, Sorry to hear about your loss. Fran was a very fine lady. May God bless the Smith family.

To Fran's family and Diane and Daryl I express my sincere sympathy. Fran and I have kept in touch over the years mostly by mail and phone. We had many great times together in the late 50's and early 60's. I had planned to come Wednesday night but heavy rain changed my mind, thinking of you!

My thoughts and prayers are with Fran’s family at this difficult time. Fran was my realtor. She was so great in helping me with everything since I was a first time home buyer. I will always remember her. May she Rest In Peace.

I have fond memories of your Mom with a wonderful smile on her face! She loved life and especially her family. May all the special memories bring you peace. In sympathy and love, Mary Jo Seibert

We knew Fran and Smitty for many years and have good memories of when all our children were young. Our sympathy and prayers to her family for the loss of a wonderful Mom. May remembering all the great times give you comfort and keep her near. "As long as you live, she too will life for she will always be a part of you." Bob and Ruth Meyer Kansas City

Larry, Mike, Tom (and your families)- our sincere condolences. Such a good person - lost too soon. May your memories forever hold her in your heart. I will remember a friend and a kind and gentle person.

So very sorry for your loss. My prayers are with your family.

Larry and family, I am so sorry to hear about the passing of your mom. My deepest condolences are with you and your family. Loosing a parent is never easy. Always know your mom will be watching over you in everything you do! May Fran fly high with the Angels and rest in paradise!! Samantha (Shurtz) Hanna, Ted Hanna, Jennifer Fye and Darlyene Lair

Our deepest sympathy to Fran's family and friends.

Our thoughts and prayers to the entire Smith family. We were happy to have been able to spend much time with both Fran and Smitty throughout the years. Always had a good time with them and know your family will have many special memories to hang on to as well. Take a day at a time and you will get thru all of these trying times. God bless all of you.

We have lost a SPECIAL, DEAR FRIEND!!! We had so many wonderful memories with Fran & Smitty over the years!!!! In particular, the 2 vacations we took to Myrtle Beach. Also the numerous evenings we spent in the Smiths & Franklins back yards on B Ave. But the most memorable times were the many years of playing "500" with Fran & Smitty

We are sorry for your loss. Cherish all your wonderful memories.

Dear Family of Mrs. Smith, I am so sorry for your loss. May God’s promise bring you comfort. There will be “a new earth... and He will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning, nor outcry nor pain be anymore... I am making all things new.” Revelation 21:1-5
