Mr. and Mrs. Ward, Nick and Brandi,
Shawn was such a wonderful, genuine and kind friend. We had so many great times together between Nick, Shawn, myself and other friends as we were growing up together. I always remember Shawn as having a geniune smile and excitement to say hi and ask me how I was doing, give eachother a bearhug and belly laugh. That included the hallways at Kennedy and also the countless times I spent over at the Wards. We hadn't kept in contact much after high school, but the joy of growing up together and going through adolescence together was always close in my mind. There are a lot of reminders that have come through my mind over the past 12+ years since high school that make me laugh out loud and cherish how lucky I was to grow up with Shawn and Nick as two great friends. I am so sorry for your loss. Shawn is a true example of all that is good in this world and I will forever appreciate and cherish his friendship and kindness to me.

I am deeply saddened to hear of Shawn's passing. I've worked with him for the past few years at Target Distribution. He was always super helpful, always had such a positive attitude, and was always a decent person to be around. He'll be missed by us all, rest in peace bud.
