Paul was my partner at the Los Angeles County Sheriff Department. We worked in the City of Lancaster on the newly formed gang detail from 1996-2000. By far the best time I had in my 30 year career on the department. We worked tirelessly together fighting gang crime in our community. I just seen on FB that Paul had passed I'm so sorry to hear this sad news.. .We went to high school together and he was always so kind and polite. You could tell he was a very caring person .your entire family is in my prayers.
