Why sympathies to you on the passing of Ferne. My mother Salome Douglas and Ferne bowled together for years. I grew up as a bowling alley kid. We stayed with Bob and Ferne at their cabin in Big Thompson Canyon before the big flood. She was such a gentle person.

Ferne is missed so much! She always put a smile on my face weather being feisty or sweet .. her smile was contagious and heart so full .. rest in paradise enjoy all the cookies you want

My name is Kristen and I have gotten the pleasure of knowing Ferne since I started working in nursing at The Villages. I can say we all miss Ferne so much in memory care. She holds such a special place in our hearts and will be missed so, so much. She brought a smile to our faces daily and it's such an honor to have gotten to know such a sweet and kind lady.
