Darlene, was so sad to see the passing of Bud. My thoughts and prayers have been with you and the rest of the family. I know you will all miss him as he was a great guy, but hang on to all the wonderful memories and share them often with each other.

Brad, visiting with your dad brought me back to my farm days near New Vienna. He always had a gracious greeting and time to talk. Walking into your woodshed, able to find any Iowa species, was like discovering treasure. You should feel proud of the relationship you had with your dad. You two have built a one-of-a-kind business. I will miss Bud.

I have such fond thoughts of Bud did for some things he did for me and for which I have always been so grateful. So aren't we blessed to have fond memories to look back on!! You all have my sympathy! I had planned on getting to visitation but it looks like I am not going to make it so my thoughts and prayers are with you Darlene, Faith, Jeff, Brad and you too Carol. For both of us, Onalee and Milton

Darlene ,Brad & Family Our prayers for peace & comfort are for you at this time. Always enjoyed talking with Bud when he delivered firewood. He was so friendly & sincere.

I have met your father many years ago when getting my truck loads of sawdust. Always friendly and eager to help my sister and I to load our truck. Brad had mentioned that he was ill, so sorry to hear of your loss.

Sorry to hear of Bud's passing. He and I were often stationed next to each other at the CVWC carving shows. We had many pleasant conversations and I will miss those. Our prayers are with all of you at this time.

I was so sorry to hear this Brad and Denise. At least you got to share lots of quality time being so close. You are in my prayers.

I was saddened to see Bud has passed away. We always enjoyed our visits when we would stop in to buy wood. He was so interesting to visit with. Bud fought a courageous battle w/ his cancer. Our deepest sympathy to his family. Lila Kramer & John Walton

Bud was a friend for two generations in my family. I was introduced to him through my Dad and the friendship Dad had followed on with myself. He always was there to give advice (good advice) whenever I needed it. Not only with tractors but with everyday life. We will greatly miss him. Nancy and Gordon Bena
