I learned from a co-worker at Rockwell Collins that Scott had died while at work last week. Scott was a mentor to me when I began working at Rockwell Collins 12 years ago. He was in high demand and had plenty to do, but he always made time to offer assistance of guidance. His quick wit that defused tense meetings made for positive outcomes. Scott was genuine in all of interactions.

I was saddened to hear of Scott's passing. Scott was an early mentor and collaborator of mine at Rockwell Collins. I enjoyed working with him on many projects and always enjoyed his quick wit. My condolences to his family.

I worked with Scott for many years at Rockwell Collins. He was considered a resident expert and the go to person in environmental reliability testing. He was a good friend and this is a very sad day. I will miss him.

Scott was always open to share his knowledge and help mentor anyone who came to him. It was common to have coworkers stop by his office to ask for advice or for technical review of work being proposed. Losing Scott's technical expertise and openness to help will leave a large hole in our department and in our hearts. He was a mentor to very many of his coworkers. We will miss him and his kind nature. We thank God for his time with us.

Everyone here at Rockwell Collins will miss Scott – He was helpful and kind and willing to share his extensive technical knowledge. Scott was so kind hearted, for example whenever he would get some new Japanese Calendars from Anritsu he would let me know and make sure I had one to take home because he knew my kids loved them. He will be much missed. God bless him and his family.

I didn't often get to work directly with Scott, but I looked forward to ever time I did. His wit and kindness made speaking with him a genuine joy. The world was a better place for his passing through it. I am deeply saddened by the loss your family has experienced and hope that you find peace and strength in your personal faith during this challenging time.

I enjoyed working with Scott on many occasions. He was very easy going and he was a great mentor for myself and many others. He will truly be missed. My thoughts and prayers are with the family during this difficult time.

Scott and I enjoyed many interesting political conversations at work. He was a great communicator and friend to many . May God's peace be with the family at this time.
