I was very sorry to recently learn of Erica's passing. She was blessed to spend her life with such a wonderful family. I always looked forward to seeing Erica and her siblings. She's in a better place now, but you provided her with a very good place during her time with you. Her constant smile was proof of that.

Jenny loved Erica and they will be forever friends from Linn Mar. They stretched out on the blanket together and had lots of smiles. They went to PE and outings where they whirled around in their chairs enjoying the speed and movement. Erica was always happy when we came in to the classroom to visit. She kept her eye on us the whole time, and laughed at our humor! The Lewis family is very special, and Erica was lucky to have all of you in her life. She will be greatly missed! Your family has written a beautiful salute to a beautiful young lady. I have many fond memories of Erica. I have thought of her often throughout the years and a smile always comes to my face and heart. A few memories that come to mind are the look she would give us if we forgot to unbuckle her lap belt before lifting her out of her chair. She would laugh at us and get us all laughing. Erica was a great secret keeper. She listened and spoke so much through her smile and those beautiful eyes. She loved to look at and communicate with us about actors, music groups, guys, girl talk, and did I mention guys. Typical teenager! We had great fun in our PE class. I see her smile in Charlie. He is also quick to give me a great smile like his sister.
