Ron and Cheryl,
I read in the Marengo P.R. that your mother had passed away, and wanted to offer my condolences. I remember meeting her at your house a couple of times when we there shooting pool while in high school, and she was always very welcoming. I'm sure both of you will miss her, but memories will always be with you.
Sincerely,
Jon (and Julie) Danskin

When I was part of a short bible study with Frieda, I always thought to myself as I "mature" on this earthly journey, I'd like to do so as she has. She knew her bible, but wanted to keep learning more about scripture! Such a sweet saint, I know you'll miss her.

There just are not enough nice things I can say about Frieda. She was a wonderful kind lady. When I did not think I could keep up with work, house and family she would do my ironing for me. She never said no when i called her. When i picked up my ironing we would visit about Gloria and her family and about Tanya and Chris. She would show me the quilt she had set up in her downstairs. She was so proud of that. When she lived on 2nd ave she would be in her garage making grape jelly and it smelled sooooo good. This generation of German women were hard working and never said they could not do anything. She may have been small in stature but was very big in heart and soul. It is not hard to see where her children got their kindness. May her Memory be Eternal.

My deepest sympathy on the passing of Frieda. She was so sweet and always greet you with a smile. May you be comforted in knowing that she is now in the arms of Jesus. Peace be yours during this difficult time.
