I first met Karen when she and Art would come out to the farm and get wood. Later I would run into her at Hy-Vee and we would always talk for a little bit. She was a very nice lady with a great smile and a great and sarcastic sense of humor. I will miss her and my deepest sympathies go out to you her family. John.

Though there seems to be troubled waters with some parts of the family, just know that they are sorry for your loss as well! Thoughts and prayers are with you all!

Such sad news to hear of Karen's passing. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family. Such an infectious laugh that will never be forgotten. Melissa (Mel)

I am so sorry for your loss. Your family is in my prayers. I remember Karen as always laughing and full of love and joy. she was always willing to share a joke or a fun memory from her past. Now she is with her beloved husband Art for eternity again. Peace to your family Pam & Bobby, Kim Shulte

Karin was a fun loving and caring classmate who will be missed by many. Our class was fortunate that she continued to keep in touch through the class reunions. I was also pleased to teach Pam as a high school English student. My thoughts and prayers are with you, Pam, and with Karen's entire family and friends as they cope with this loss.

Pam and Bob I am heartbroken over the news of your mother's passing. I have many treasured memories of spending time with your family during my teenage years and young adulthood. I remember Karen as a warm, loving person with a huge heart. I'll never forget her beautiful smile and that infectious laugh! She touched my life in so many ways and I feel blessed to have known her. My thoughts and condolences are with you and your families.

Bob, I am so sorry for you and your family's loss. I wish I had words to make things easier. Please accept my condolences.

Pam and Bob, I am thinking of you and your families at this time. The memories of your Mom will be with me and those that knew her always. As I look back to the hugs and smiles that your Mom shared with her friends, to the many hours I spent on the porch hanging with both of your parents I smile. God blessed us with those memories as well as many others. May your heart be filled with the Love she shared. God bless you. Kelly

Please accept my deepest condolences in the loss of your mom. Conrad

Sincere Sympathy to Karen's family. She was a wonderful friend, during our school years at Lamont and since. I spent a lot of time at the Pospisil farm and have many fond memories. I am thankful for the lunches several schoolmates including Karen have had for the last couple of years. Rest in Peace, Karen. Sincerely, Ellen Gaffney

I spent a lot of time as a kid the Perrin house playing games and watching TV. Karen was great fun to be around and watched out for those she cared about like a mama bear, even me. She will be missed forever, but I won't forget her.
