Prayers to All of Mary's Family! I am so sad and my heart is very heavy. Growing up we spent a lot of time playing and hanging out together. Al and I are so glad we got to see you ,not knowing it would be our last time,a few weeks ago. We had some good times over the years at work and outside of work. Bill and the girls, what an amazing woman to have in your life's and ours. That smile and laugh of hers always brightened up a room. We always joked how when we found out Mary and Steve were related after years of our husbands being good friends. Steve's mom figured it out when we saw them at an Iowa mens basketball game. I had only known Mary for two years to the day. In the time I knew her I was always impressed with how kind, caring and complimentary she was towards everyone. She was selfless. Mary genuinely cared for people and it showed in every way. She was a beautiful lady, both inside and out. I always enjoyed her company and spending time with she and Bill. I appreciated her support of Angies and my relationship and Angies well being in general. Mary was the perfect compliment to Bill. I know that she made him happy and that she changed him as a father and as a friend to Angie. For this I am so thankful. Mary fought a fight that very few could handle with such grace, peace, strength and beauty. With a heavy heart today, I will say that this family just lost an amazing lady. She was an inspiration to us all.
