My deepest sympathies . Carla was maid of honor at my wedding. Even though we lost touch years ago, I've always considered her one of my dearest friends. She was such special, dear person. I also went into nursing, in fact it was while she was attending school that we lost touch and it's so wonderful to see she achieved what she has dreamt of being - a much loved wife, mother, grandmother with the opportunity to pass that love and the love of her Lord on to others . God bless you and comfort you in your loss. You are in my prayers. Sincerely , Cynde

Dear Ray and family, and the Douma family, Our thoughts and prayers have been with you since Carla's hospitalization and especially now with her passing. May the God of all comfort grant you His strength and mercy as you grieve, but may you also be comforted in the hope that Carla had in her Lord and Savior. Larry & MaryLou (Lou) Wielenga

Nick, Liza, and Family, My heart and prayers are with you as you face the loss of Carla. She was a lovely and kind woman. All of my love, Heather Sayasit

Ray and Family, I have thought of you all often the last few days. I am praying for peace and comfort that God alone can give. I also thought of Carla and the many fun times I shared with her in high school. I sat next to her in chapel and can remember getting the giggles with her more than once. She was a lot of fun. I can believe she was a great nurse! In Sincere Sympathy, Bill and Sandy Van Kley

Our thoughts and prayers go out to Josh, Veronica and Carla's whole family. May God comfort you all during this difficult time. Love to you, Rita & Jim Pechota

Ray and Family, We are so sorry for your loss and praying for your family at this difficult time. She was a special lady and will be missed.

Sending God's love and comfort. I'm Beth's sister in law from Arizona and through her sharing concerns we have been praying for the whole family. I know how much Beth loved and cared for her sister and she will be missed. I enjoyed the family photos. God's Blessings at this difficult time.

Carla was a terrific sister and friend. I will miss her. Today, however, I am praising God for her deep faith and for His gift of eternal life to her. She knew Jesus as her Lord and Savior and she belonged to Him--in life and in death.

Carla was such a caring, kind, sweet person and will be greatly missed. May the warmth of God's arms around your family help comfort you all during this difficult time. You are all in my thoughts and prayers. Love,Rachael
