Dear Larry and Kim, We are so sorry to hear of Doreen's passing. What a beautiful , kind spirit she possessed. I always admired her and looked up to her when I was a young girl hanging out with Kim. I am sure she will be greatly missed. Blessings of healing to you both. Marsha and Russ Nieland

Dear Larry and Family. It has been a lot of years since we have been in touch. We are sorry to hear about Doreen's passing. One of my sisters called to tell us as she remembered our trip to Florida. Larry we hope you are well and have the support you need. Give our best to your brother, Charlie and Susanne. Shirley and Dave Heilig

I worked at Armstrong's with Doreen and have fond memories of shopping on the 2nd floor and talking with her. She was a kind person!

My thoughts and prayers are with you at this difficult time!

Larry and Kim, we just got word this morning about Doreen and were just devastated by the news.
She was such a beautiful gal inside and out with the sweetest personality and caring ways.
We have so many fond and happy memories of time spent with all of you.
Our thoughts and prayers are with you....

So sorry to read about Doreen. I haven't seen her for quite a few years and did not know she had been ill. Doreen and I worked together in sportswear at Armstrong's for a number of years when we were young. She was a lovely lady and was fun to work with. I know how devastated you all must be, since our family has suffered an immense loss, also. My husband, Bob passed away on September 5th after a year long battle with pancreatic cancer. You certainly have my prayers and condolences.

Love you guys!

Larry & Kim,

I am so sorry for your loss. Doreen was a wonderful person and I am sure you will miss her a lot. As a grandma of 7, I can relate to how much she enjoyed being a grandma and cannot imagine how much her grandchildren will miss her. Larry, please accept the sympathies of Dick & I. I am out of town right now so will not be able to be at the wake or the service. I would love to see you and Kim sometime- take care and relish all of the memories you have of your wife and mother. Carol Lensing

Larry and Family, our thoughts and prayers are with you, Kim, and her family members. We can only imagine the devastation you must feel at this time. You and Doreen are counted among the friends of our youth. She was a great lady. We would give anything to be able to be with you this weekend but just suffered our own loss. My Father just passed this evening, so we will be with him. Once again, our thoughts and prayers will be with you as well. God Bless!

To Larry, Kim, family and friends.

Doreen was a great friend for many years. When I think of her I remember some great times that were spent with she, Larry, and so many others from the staff of Jefferson High School.

She will be remembered for her kindness, her friendship, and and her wonderful family.
