Memorial
Michael Eric Pertzsch, 32, of Cedar Rapids, passed away at his home on Monday, June 5, 2011. A memorial service will be held at 3:00 PM on Friday, June 10, 2011 at the Cedar Memorial Park Chapel of Memories with Pastor Tye Male officiating.
Michael was born on July 31, 1978 in Cedar Rapids. He graduated from Washington High School and went onto manage several Domino Pizza stores in Iowa and Minnesota. Michael was currently a student at Kirkwood Community College where he was studying accounting. Michael enjoyed biking and spending time with his nephews.
Michael is survived by his mother Suzanne (Charles) Plant of Casper, WY; his father Merlin Pertzsch of Cedar Rapids; his sister Shaun Pertzsch of Washington D.C.; his brothers, Chuck Pertzsch (Shauna), Grimes, IA and Brian Pertzsch of Tuscon, AZ. Michael is also survived by three nephews; Julien Montgomery, Connor Pertzsch and Ryan Pertzsch.
