Cory.. I heard the news last Sunday Morning from all your Steeler Buddies at Cocktails. It was great knowing you and your laugh will remain in my mind whenever I see the Steelers play. You rented the house in Hiawatha that I built and you returned my Kansas City Chiefs Flag that you found in the basement. I'll remember the good times we had around the kitchen table. Dear Linda & Family;
Words are hard to come by when a parent loses a child. Although since I live out in CALIF., it's been difficult for me to stay or get close to my family there. However, that doesn't mean I don't love you and share in your joys and especially in your pain. I know Cory is in the Hands of God along with my Mom. I pray that eventually, when you think of Cory, you can only smile and not have tears come to your eyes. Losing my mom was the hardest thing I've ever gone through. It was so good to see you there. You looked the same as when I was a kid. You're young and beautiful, and you are STRONG. I hope we can get to know each other better Linda. I'm learning that family is all I got. And because I was a screw up when I was young, only me & Dona are even close. Life goes on, and I know you will get through this with our family by your side.
