I am so sorry to learn of Dale's death through and e-mail from Dan Kortenkamp. Dale,Dan and I were classmtes at Sacred Heart School in Oelwein, graduating in 1955. Please extend my sympathy to all your family plus Dale's brothers and sisters, as I knew Shirley, Bev, John, and Floyd. We're all feeling the loss of family and friends, and know how much it hurts to say goodbye. You'll be in my prayers.

To the entire Kisner family: Please accept my sympathies in the death of Dale. To this day, I tell stories about his magnificent "touch" on the floor. He was very important to me as a friend, as was your entire family. Dan Kortenkemp emailed information regarding his death. My special regards to his sisters and brothers.

Dale was a Sacred Heart High School classmate INSERT INTO guestbook VALUES ('55) and friend. I'll never forget January 30, 1955, when he scored 63 points in a basketball game against St. John's, Independence. This was before 3-point shots; and still ranks among the highest scores in Iowa history. His fade-away jump shot and his hook shot, were pure joy to watch on the court. At Loras College, 1956, Dale set the free-throw record -- 49/50 -- which still stands. In 1971, Dale and Daryle Lampe were doubles champions in the Iowa State Bowling Association Tournament. He was an amazing athlete, but always very modest about his accomplishments. My most sincere sympathies to his family and friends.

Dear Bunny and family,
Our deepest sympathy to you all.
Dale was a great man and
we will miss his smile,
his laughter but most of
all we will miss him.
Life goes by us so fastly, we think our friends will be with us
forever than they are gone and we haven't even
got to tell them how much
they mean to us and that
we love them.
"We love you Dale."

Sincerely,
Cheryl and Richard McKinney
