We invite you to join us for a meaningful evening as we explore the journey of grief. Understanding Grief: A Community Grief Seminar will take place on Tuesday, October 7th, at 6:30 PM at the DoubleTree Convention Complex.
Grief is a deeply personal and often challenging experience. Whether from the loss of a loved one, a significant life change, or another emotional impact, the weight of grief can be overwhelming. Grief seminars provide a safe, supportive environment where individuals can learn about the stages of grief, share their feelings, and begin to process their emotions in the presence of a compassionate community.

Our keynote speaker will be Allison Gilbert.
Allison Gilbert is an Emmy Award-winning journalist and author of several books on grief and remembrance, including Passed and Present, Parentless Parents, and Always Too Soon. Her latest work, The Joy of Connections, co-authored with Dr. Ruth Westheimer, explores ways to overcome loneliness and build meaningful relationships.
