We at Ralph N. Smith, Inc. will truly miss Laurel. She was the go to Lady to get carpet delivered since the early 1980's. I talked to Laurel often on the phone and actually met her twice. We talked about a lot more than carpet. I have great respect for Laurel. My heartfelt condolences go to her family. Rick Harper in Des Moines

My condolences on Laurel's passing. She was such a kind and gracious lady.

To the entire Williams' family! I was shocked and saddened to hear of this news this morning! We had a delivery today and the driver took time to let me know. I am sorry for your loss! I never had the opportunity to meet her in person, but on the phone she was always pleasant and never hesitated to make something right if it was wrong!! I have worked with her through our flooring store for over 20 years!!! No doubt she will be missed!!! <3

To the Williams' Family, Sorry to hear of your family loss. I had the opportunity to visit with Laurel numerous times on the phone and did meet her a few time thorough out the years in business. Great lady for sure! May your loss be eased over time. God Bless you all.

To Laurel's family: So sorry about Laurel. She and Delb were good friends for over 50 years. Our sincere sympathy in your loss. Mike Lang and family

My condolences to the entire family and my deepest sympathy to my cousins and their children. I remember as young kids at Grandma & Grandpa Williams house, I thought Aunt Laurel had the most interesting voice and I loved to hear her laugh. She had one of those contagious "belly laughs" and a great smile to go with it. I always admired her work ethic. I will miss her. Rest in peace Aunt Laurel.

There are no words to express my feelings.

She was always aunt Tootie to me. What a wonderful lady. She will be deeply missed. Especially her brilliant laugh.

Condolences to the Williams family. I did not know Mrs. Williams, however I did know her wonderful parents. Mr. Proesch was a patient at St Lukes Hospital during 1973 under my care. It was my great pleasure to get to know these two hardworking Germans. They even sent me wedding wishes in 1974 and attended in Stanwood and Clarence. Such warm memories. Hilda Jess Machula
