Matt (and family), I am so sorry to hear this news. My thoughts and prayers are with you during this time and always. Michelle

Our family was so lucky to have spent time with Marilyn when she visited Matt in Kemah, Texas. She was a special lady and will be missed. To Matt, Judy and Scott....Our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.

Ben and I are so sad to hear of Marilyn's passing. She was a wonderful long time friend. We shared AAUW, bridge, and a love for the Hawks. She was a dynamo. She made a difference in our community with her volunteer work. We will all miss her.

Marilyn was in a watercolor group I was in. We had some good laughs together. I haven't seen her in a long time. My sympathies to her family. she was a great supporter of the arts.

Scott, Matt and family, I am so sorry to hear about your mom's passing. Your dad and I were best friends before your mom and dad were married, so I've known her a long time. She will be missed. Dick Taylor

Thinking of you at this time and extending to you our sincere sympathy. Marilyn was an involved member of our Willowbend community; friendly and caring. Keeping you in our thoughts and prayers.

My deepest sympathies to the Bowman family. Marilyn was an amazing Nana and mother in law. We are so lucky to have had her in our lives. I have comfort knowing she is with Woody now. “Those we love do not go away, they walk beside us every day…unseen, unheard, but always near, still loved, still missed and very dear.”- Author Unknown

I worked with Marilyn for many years at GWAEA. She was such a fun person! I feel very fortunate that I was able to visit with her several weeks ago at a Christmas party. She was just the same....lots of stories and so happy to talk about her family! I was so sorry to read of her death in the paper this morning. You have my sympathies. You will miss her.
