Bill & Carol and family, deepest sympathies go out to you and your family. May God give you the peace that you seek.

Deanna and family- Sad to hear of Jims passing. I worked at Bishops and remember Jim always flirting with Deanna from across the counter! We had some great times at Bishops. Our hearts go out to the Carnahan family. Words seem inadequate to express the sadness we feel for the loss of Jim. Wishing you peace to bring comfort, courage to face the days ahead and loving memories to hold forever in your hearts. Our thoughts and prayers are with you!

My condolences to the Carnahan family. Jim was one of the first people I met 10 yrs ago when I started in the assessment field. Every class or conference that I saw him at, he always made sure to come and say hi, and it seemed we just continued on our conversation from the one before. I was lucky enough to have lunch with him a week ago at ICA. God bless and my thoughts and prayers go out to you.

Bill, Carol and Family I am so sorry to read about Jim. It breaks my heart knowing the pain you are feeling. My thoughts are with you and pray the love of family and friends and sharing wonderful memories of Jim help heal a little of the pain. I know the pain you feeling as we lost my Grand Daughter 2 months ago. I will always have special memories of our early days when Larry and I hung out with you. Please know I care.

We enjoyed visiting with Jim during the several Jefferson Swim Team events. Our thoughts and prayers go out to the Carnahan family today and in the days to come. So sorry for your loss.

After reading the tributes to Jim we realize that he was a wonderful person that gave of himself to others in a loving, caring way. What a wonderful joy it must have been to know him. Our prayers are with each person in the Carnahan family circle. May you find peace in the memories you share and God's unending love.

Tammy: I was so shocked to hear of your brother's sudden passing. My heart goes out to all of you, but especially your parents. We are not supposed to lose our children...I know this pain. Deanna, Carol, Bill and Family: My heart is breaking for you. I think the first time I met Jim was at Renee's baptism; so long ago. I am sorry that I won't be able to come to the services. You are in my thoughts and prayers.

My deepest sympathy to your family. I didn't know Jim well, but every time we met I was always impressed by his upbeat and friendly personality. God bless you and may fond memories of him ease your sorrow.

So sorry. Our thoughts and prayers go out to all his loved ones. May you find comfort in all your memories. God Bless you all.

Carol,Bill, and family, At a time like this it's hard to find the right words to comfort. I only hope that knowing others care is of some comfort to you in your loss. May God bless the Carnahan family.

So sorry to hear of Jim's passing. We worked together at Bishops and I can't remember him ever not having a smile on his face. My thoughts and prayers are with your family. Praying that all of the wonderful memories that you have of him will help get you through this difficult time

Jim was Scout Master with Troop 29 when our sons Kenny & Austin Day were both Boy Scouts and my husband and I were Scout Leaders. Jim was the best Scout leader we could have asked for-always had a smile on his face and could always be counted on to lend a hand as well as a great mentor for our boys. He embodied all the Scout traits. A scout is: Trustworthy, Loyal, Helpful, Friendly, Courteous, Kind, Obedient, Cheerful, Thrifty, Brave, Clean, & Reverent. He will be greatly missed.

Justin and family, we are so very sorry for your loss. Jim sounds like he was a wonderful man to know. The obituary is a great tribute to the person he was. You and your family are in our thoughts and prayers every day.

Our deepest sympathy to the family of Jim. His generous organ donation means that Jim continues to be among us. Love and prayers to all his family.
