What a wonderful friend Beth was to my mother, Leah Lander, while living at Cottage Grove. She was always so kind and helpful to my mom, as well as to my husband and me whenever we visited. She was a positive and upbeat person to everyone and will truly be missed.

When I think of Beth, I remember her smile. I never in the 10 years I knew her, heard her say anything negative, and regardless of how she felt, she always had that beautiful smile on her face. No one could ever find a better friend; she always left you feeling better, she knew when to sit and quietly listen and when to gently encourage. If you needed help, Beth was there. She was a delight to visit with, and her love of sports was legendary. We knew not to expect her at coffee when one of "her" teams was playing. She was a role model for graceful aging and a forever friend. I somehow feel she will continue to care for us. What an amazing, beautiful woman!

I remember Mrs. Glass fondly, though it was many years ago. Her son, Bob, and I were classmates at Marion High School. When I saw her obituary, her smile came right back to me. I am glad that she, like my mother, had a long and full life. I was fortunate to have known her am blessed to have her son as a classmate. My condolences to her family.

We were neighbors many years ago on Douglas Court/Henderson Dr. Always had a nice visit when we occasionally met at the store or at the mall. She was a good friend to my Uncle Ray and Aunt Darlene Langridge . Truly a beautiful and great lady.

Beth was the first person I met on moving to Cottage Grove Place. What a lovely lady. I feel so fortunate to have known her as a friend. I will miss her. My sympathy to her family.

With sympathy to Beth's family. She was quite a remarkable lady full of life and laughter. We will miss her as we know you will too,. We will always remember her laugh and wit. We feel very blessed to have known Beth.

I want to convey my condolences to Beth's family. Beth lived on the same floor as my Mom at Cottage Grove Place so my Mom and I got to know Beth. She was a very caring and generous person who would do anything for anyone. Beth and I kept in contact after my Mom passed away in 2013. I feel very lucky that I continued a frienship with such a lovely lady. My prayers are with her family at this time.
