Russ, Shirley and the rest of the family, I send to you all my deepest sympathy in the passing of Gladys. She was such a lovely lady and will be missed by all who knew her. She touched so many hearts, I don't think she ever went without a smile.
I hope the memories you hold dear will help you get through this time of sorrow. She will never be forgotten, but will forever be missed.
