Auntie Cele was a wonderful Christian woman and Aunt. She devoted her life to helping others and spending as much time as possible with family. She was a caring, loving sister to my Mom. Her quilts are special keepsakes. Her unlimited volunteerism to her churches is to be commended. I have so many fond memories of times spent with her. I know she is resting peacefully in the Lord's arms. My love to you and your family, Linda. I'm sorry I can't be there to give my condolences in person on Saturday. Hugs & love, Shirley & Chuck Cox

Dear Linda and Family, Very sorry to see that Lucille has passed away. Your dad, Paul, and she were good friends of my parents when they were all young. I remember coming to Coggon with them to see you and the town fair - Harvest Home and great picnics when I was a child. It seems impossible that Paul has been gone since 1983, but my mom, Fran, died in 1988 at 63 and my dad, Clarence, is already gone 9 years -- time certainly goes quickly. It will be a year in September since I lost my husband, Bob, after 42 years of marriage. I certainly have you in my thoughts and prayers and know you have a treasure of great memories of your mom. She was sweet lady. Sincerely, Nancy Doonan McCracken and Family

we will miss our aunt cele. she was a great & caring person.our love to the family

Paul and Lucille were absolutely the best neighbors you could ever ask for. As newly weds I moved in across the field from them in 1962. They treated us like family. We played cards, went out to eat and just shared our lives. Don and I have reminisced so many times about what good friends they were. I think Don was right there behind Paul welcoming Lucille into heaven. Linda, Dave and family you have our deepest sympathy. Love, Mona & family

Aunt Lucille was a very special person to all that knew her. I remember fondly the times as a little girl I spent at the farm visiting her and Uncle Paul. I will cherish the lap quilts I have that were made with love by her as well as all the memories I hold in my heart. I love you Aunt Lucille and miss you.
