it was always great to talk to joe. we served for many years together on the four oaks board. he always had some great thoughts. sorry we missed the funeral as we were out of town.

Joe was one of the classiest guys I ever had the pleasure to meet. His charismatic, optimistic persona rubbed off on all those lucky enough be around him. He had a wonderful positive way about him that brought a smile to my face every time I saw him. Please accept my deepest sympathy to all his family. I will think of Joe often when I step up to the first tee box.

Marian and Family, I am so sorry for Your loss. Joe will be missed by so many. He was such a great man with a very big heart. He certainly enriched my life greatly and I will miss Him. We once had a conversation about winning the lottery and what we would do with the money. I said that I would take my golf buddies all over the world to play golf. Joe said He would take the money and help needy kids get an education and have a better life. He wanted to meet with each one of them each week to monitor their progress. Now You know one of the reasons why I admired this great Man.

Marian and family, I am so sorry to learn Joe has passed away. It was such a pleasure to work with him. His enthusiasm and passion about his ideas was energizing. He cared very much about each of his clients. Joe was always very kind, generous and thoughtful to everyone in the office. He was a teacher to many and was always ready to be a sounding board to any person who asked his opinion. He was a teaching partner to many new advisors. He "stood tall" in his accomplishments-and one of the greatest was his family. His pride in his family was boundless. He was totally dedicated to you, Marian and it was a delight to watch the children grow up "from afar". Marty and I send our deepest sympathy. We hope your faith, family, friends and good memories will sustain you at this time. Fondly, Juli and Marty
