Was just doing a search to locate John and did not realize that he had passed on . I grew up across the street from John and Mae in NW CR and he was influential in my life as a teenager and a young man. I admired his work ethic, his master carpentry skills and his ability to make a duck call sing, along with his greatest gift in making people smile. With his kind patience he taught me some detailed carpentry tricks, and also taught me the basics on how to grunt blow a duck call. He had an infectious smile and a warm glowing personality . I am so sorry to find now in 2021 that he has passed on and I missed his funeral, but the skills he taught me still live on ! Heaven has gained a Great person !! Thinking of you John . Randy Crouse

We are so very sorry for your loss. Dr. Fitzgerald and staff

I first met John as a realtor & we became friends. The thing I remember most is that he always had such a big smile & warm personality. I'm fortunate that I had an opportunity to know him , one of those people you meet in your life that you will never forget. He will certainbly be missed.

Heaven gained a great man... I loved him like a dad I will miss him dearly ....
