Good Ole Dave caught us by surprise for sure.. We missed him at the last Roosevelt breakfast last Friday. He was coming to them quite regular and in his own way enjoying them. I was looking forward to showing him around some of the things here at Meth Wick , which he was quite interested in. Will always remember the times we met at the doors of Collins. He always had that friendly hello or good night. Was hoping to add more pictures on here , but did not find the ones I wanted . Blessings to Dave's family .

I've known Dave since Roosevelt , then many years at Collins , I was not able to help him rebuild his home after the flood , He always came by the booth at craft shows , and attend the monthly breakfast , I will miss him . We shared many of the senior citizen happenings Dean Mossbarger

There are "Angels" who walk among us. The primary purpose for these "Angels" is to set an example for the people with whom they come into contact. We were blessed to know "Angel" "poor ol' Dave" or as we called him "good ol' Dave. He was always present with a happy attitude when you needed cheering, a word of encouragement when you were down and a card when you needed to hear from someone. We know the last year he was not feeling well but he never complained. When asked how he was doing, he would always say he was doing fine. He always had an infectious smile and a kind word. Now he has been called Home and we say we will miss you and job well done. Ron & Liz Young
