My deepest condolences to Jeanne’s family. I knew Jeanne from my time employed at the Hiawatha Public Library. I had the privilege of meeting Joe the same way. Jeanne was very special. She was sharp as a tack. And had a very inquiring mind. She was one beautiful lady. I bet in her youth she was movie star beautiful. My heart broke for Jeanne when she had to give up her cat to go live at Keystone. I had promised her I’d pick her up and bring her to my house to meet my 3 cats. I’m sorry I never fulfilled that promise. I know it would have brought her joy. I’m very sorry to hear of Jeanne’s daughter passing away last year. My deepest sympathies to Jeanne’s family for their losses.

To the family of Jeanne, we would like to offer our deepest sympathies. Jeanne volunteered for many years at St. Luke's donating 1,698 hours of her time and talents. We have not seen her for a number of years, but we have not forgotten her.
