Our sincere condolences in the passing of Herman. A kind gentle giant. He was always such a treat to listen to. He also knew how to play me. When the twins were young and he'd tell me he just let them drive something that he knew I would strongly object to. He enjoyed getting that reaction out of me! He will be greatly missed. Rosie, you are in our prayers. Rest in peace Herman.

My heart goes out to the Michel family he was a great guy and we laughed all the time when ever i seen Herman about how he acted and dressed just like my dad Bill Whorton!!!!!He had helped my old man on his 4x4 tranny on his old truck and the stories he told about 4 wheeling were so funny!!!Hugs to you all!!

We are so sorry for your loss Rosie and Roberta. Herman will be greatly missed. He will always have a special place in our hearts. Our family was so lucky to have him part of our lives for many years. He always made us feel as part of his family. We loved his sense of humor not to mention he was the best host at the gatherings at his home. I never forget the great Halloween party and his 60th birthday party with special guest Elvis.
