Adam & family. Mary was my neighbor on Northwood Drive and good friend for many years. She was a member of the Cedar Rapids Branch of American Association of University Women and an Honorary Life Member of the Association. I'm sorry for your loss. I have lots of good memories of Mary.

I met Mary working as a server at Summit Pointe Senior Living. Serving her for just a few months, she was a delight. A social and caring person. It was my pleasure serving you Mary and I'm sure heaven is full of desserts for just waiting for you!

I met Mary as a customer at farmers market first but soon we became fast friends. I continued to stay in touch with her and made goodies for her whenever she needed some sweets. She was very proud of her family and rightfully so because you are all very special people. She will remain very close to my heart and I will never forget her. She will be missed by everyone who knew her. My deepest sympathy to her family who she cherished very much!

We traveled with Mary to many places and enjoyed her enthusiasm and laughter so much. We were always amazed at how she navigated any venue in her high heels. She always brought matching glasses for all her outfits. After Mary was unable to travel anymore, we kept in touch every Christmas. She was a very classy lady. Our condolences to her grandson and family whom she loved so much and always talked about them, Helen & Henry Hey, Sanford, NC

Dear ones, You were blessed having someone that cared for you all so much. She would often tell me how much she loved all of you! I am so glad we have beautiful memories of our family get together. She will be missed. My thoughts and prayers are with you. Love, Marlene

Dearest Adam & Family, Our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family at this time of loss. I have many fond memories of family time spent with your Grandmother. Your mom was just 9 yrs old when grandma and Don married and Melissa was not even a year old. We usually gathered for Holidays at Grandma Rosie's. We are very grateful to still be in contact with Marlene and she called to let us know. Sorry we can't be there but the distance is too far. Your Great Aunt Florence

With our sympathy to you Adam and family. Your Grandma was a beautiful lady with class, elegance, and strength. She will be missed, but you have many good memories of her and so fortunate to have had such a grandma as Mary. Our Deepest Sympathy Ron and Jan Ream
