thinking of you and your famliyand your prayer's are with you. mary g.

My pet therapy golden retriever, Murphy, and I loved visiting Nettie while at Marrietta’s. She was such a kind sole who was always happy to see me, and was especially fond of Murphy. Boy, did she have the stories to tell about both the domesticated and the not so domesticated pets from her past! How fitting that memorials be directed to the Humane Society. Sympathies to Nettie’s family. Julie Stark

What a special woman Nettie was! A delight to know her and help care for her while I was Chaplain with Good Neighbor Society. Treasure your precious memories of her and celebrate her great faith! You all have my prayers and sympathy.

My deepest sympathy to Netties' family. She was such a sweet, wonderful caring lady. I got to know her and talked with her often while my mother lived at Marriettas for 2 yrs. Even after mom was moved into the main part of the nursing home I would still go back to see Nettie. She was such a special lady to me, she reminded me so much of my own Grandma whom I miss alot. Nettie had a light about her and was kind to everyone. I sat with her a few times after she was moved over across the hall from my mom again. So glad I got to speak to her one last time while she was able to speak and she did remember me, she always referred to me & my sisters as being the girls from "the happy family" since we were always there with mom in Marriettas and I loved to spend time with Nettie as well. She was always nice to mom too when mom was so confused there. What an honor it was to get to know her and spend time with her. You have my condolences. What a long life she lived. A very special lady. I will miss her.
