To: Bruce and all of Shirley's family members, Shirley was a dear friend, and an intelligent and funny woman. She could say something out of the blue, and make me laugh. We talked all the time, and I visited her once in Cedar Rapids. I miss her, but I know she is in a better place now - feeling loved, blessed, and at peace. (Blessings of love and light to you Shirley.)

Bruce , So sorry to hear about your mother's recent passing. May she forever rest in peace. Hang in there my friend. Michael McDermott

Dear family and friends. I am so deeply sorry to hear about your loss. Shirley will be missed, but not forgotten because Jesus' words found at (John 5:28,29) says there will be a resurrection. So what this mean is that Shirley will be given a fresh new start with the prospect of living forever without death. I hope these promises found in the Bible bring comfort knowing that you have an opportunity to see her again to share more wonderful times together.

I am so sorry about the loss of your mom! I have worked in this building for 20 years and got to know Shirley as she was always working outside planting flowers or mowing. She was always very nice to me and I will really miss seeing her around. Thinking of your family!! Sincerely, Lynnette Sedrel
