I met Geneva thru my mother-in-law, Ann Ballard. We attended a Bible Study at her home in Cedar Rapids while I was visiting from California & assisting our "Grandma Ann" with her recovery from knee surgery. Geneva & all of the ladies in attendance were so sweet & welcoming to me. In the years following that visit, Mom visited our home in Fountain Valley, CA during the winter months & we shared so many stories about Geneva & all of her amazing friends in Cedar Rapids. "Grandma Ann" passed away on 7/21/15 at the home of her son, Richard in Sandy, Utah & I was just advised of Geneva's passing today while speaking with Ann's former neighbor, Nancy. I'm happy to know that Mom & Geneva will again be sharing wonderful memories in their heavenly home with many loved ones. It's that joy of knowing they are in God's loving arms that gives us all comfort. God's blessings to all of Geneva's family & friends. Bernadette Ballard (daughter-in-law to Ann Ballard)

I met Geneva when we both attended Trinity church. She became one of my mothers best friends. She was a gift to many and is now reaping her rewards in heaven. My prayers are with you all. Karen Sands
