Please accept my sincere sympathy at Gary's passing. I enjoyed being with Gary in many classes in school. I am glad that our class was able to get together last October and I remember the last conversation that I had with Gary. Sorry to see that you passed away Gary Snell. As I have been out of the concrete construction trade for 8 years now I still remember the times after 5 pm that you stayed to finish a footing inspection correctly. I miss those days to this day and always had the upmost respect for your dedication to your job. RIP Mr. Snell!

I worked with Gary in the mid 70's in the Building and Zoning Department. I was a very young intern with a lot to learn. Gary was very patient, kind and caring. I am so sorry to hear of his passing.
