You are all in our thoughts and prayers during this difficult time. Cherish all the memories you have made with him.

So sorry to hear about your loss. Thinking of all of you and saying a prayer for your family.

Our hearts go out to you all as you remember and celebrate the life of such a wonderful man. The world lost a gentle soul with a warm smile that never faltered. Chick. You will be truly missed. And I know that my life was touched by having the honor of knowing you. May I raise my two small boys to emulate your beautiful soul.

We are thinking about you, in this time of lose. The thirty one years you have been in our lives has been a blessing. Chic will live on in us, though our treasured pictures, and in our thoughts. Chic's help after the flood, and his skill as a craftsman in repairing our antique cigar case is deeply personal testament to his tremendous spirit, and giving nature, which will not be forgotten.

Sue, I'm sorry to hear about Chic. I will be keeping your family in my prayers. Donna

I am very sorry to hear about your loss. You had the treasure of a wonderful husband, father, & grandpa.

Im so sorry to hear of your loss. Thoughts & Prayers to the Gouchee Family and it was a great pleasure of mine to have met Mr Chicster and I felt the love he had for his family & friends w/ that smile and joking around. You will be missed but more importantly you will be REMEMBERED for how many great memories you created for all of us! RIP Mr Chic Sincerely Eric Stodola

Chic will be missed. He had a soft-spoken, gentle way about him so he was never in the spotlight but he added a special warmth to any group or occasion. People were always drawn to Chic because he was a good listener and had a kind heart. He was the first one to offer help when needed and he did everything with a smile on his face. He truly enriched my world with his talents. I will miss him. Sue, Lance, Amy, Chad - and all the grandchildren - he loved you all so much, and he thrived on the love you returned to him as well. The world is truly a better place because of Chic Gouchee. What better tribute can there be.

Connor & Luke, I am so sorry for the loss of your grandpa. I know he has made such a positive impact in your lives. The relationship between a grandparent and grandchild is quite unique - special in a way that is difficult to put into words. My hope for you and your family is that Chic continues to live on through you. Pass on his warm and lively spirit. Pass on traditions that were important to him. Show others the kind of love he showed you. In these ways, you will honor his life and your own. Again, I am so sorry.

Chic was one of the best guys ever. He shared his talents and skills so willingly and always with a smile. I knew him from St. Lukes and would visit the carpentry shop with requests that he always fitted into his busy schedule. I am grateful to have known him. He will be missed. With sincere sympathy. Pat Gonder

Family, Life is hard, harder right now. What a hole is in your world with the removal of your husband, dad, grandpa from it, but he was in it and that makes your life the richer. How fortunate to have had him to love and lead you these years. We only can say we are sorry. There really are no other words that can come close to your grief, or lessen it. You will be changed. He will be remembered,he will live on in that way.
