Sundberg Family it seems like yesterday we skated in the back yard in the most wonderful and welcoming home and most fun back yard, with the nicest parents and family you could meet. Thank you for all your kindness and love, Charlie Heins

Dear sundberg family Just learned of your loss. I'm so very sorry. Having lost my dad several years ago I can somewhat understand the sadness you are feeling. You have no idea the comfort he brought with his whistling which could be heard a block away. One of my favorite memory was roasting marshmallows behind your garage. What a great father, husband and mentor he was for all of us who grew up in that neighborhood. He was a very kind man.

Dear Sundberg Family: The years are full of many wonderful memories growing up with you in the neighborhood. I am sad to learn of your Dad's death but I choose to remember his life, his melodic whistling no matter what he was doing, his annual Christmas cards (we saved all of them), his original paintings on rocks (I have a few of them), the love he had for you Jeannie and for you Gary, Greg, and Pete. Your home was a gathering place for the neighborhood. It was a place where good lasting memories were made. Your Dad and Mom had a one of a kind special and loving relationship that endured through the years. They showed us how to live life gracefully, to find joy in the moment and the little things. On behalf of Joy, Bob, and Deb Klopp, we give thanks for the life of Dick Sundberg. Each of you are in our thoughts and prayers.

There can never be a better person, a better friend. From infancy thru now --forever my Best Man. Thank you for being such a major part of Dick's life, thus mine. Will call later, we need to reminisce a bit. Bruce

Dear Gary , I am so sorry to learn of the loss of your father. I think of you often and wish that I had been a better friend to you in the past. I hope that now you will accept my deep sympathy and sincere wishes for peace and comfort at this difficult time.

Greg and Family, Your dad and mom were so welcoming and warm to me as we were growing up and really made me feel like part of your family. I pray for your dad as he moves on to heaven, for your mom as she adjusts to the change in her life, and for your entire Family. God bless you!

Gary so sorry to hear about the loss of your father. Prayers are with you to get through this painful time. Just know your not alone friends and family will be your strength in this time of need

Gary and Family, So sorry for your loss. Thoughts and prayers to you.
