Our sincere condolences to your family at this difficult time. Jason was a volunteer at the library for about six months last year. He was well-respected by our staff for his professionalism, intelligence, and dedication to his volunteer role. In fact, Jason was our very first library volunteer in our new program. He set a high bar and made a big impact right from the start. We were honored to have him as a part of our library team. He will be missed.

I went to high school with Jason and he was full of life. He was very energetic and devoted to God and he showed that everyday I was around him. He was never ashamed to say he was a follower of Christ. My thoughts and prayers with his family as they go through this difficult time. May God be present to give you comfort.

Sending our thoughts of deepest sympathy to Jason's entire family. May our heavenly Father carry you during this time of shock, sadness, and loss. May He give you strength, comfort, love and peace.

My thoughts and prayers go out to all the family in this very difficult time.

So sorry for your loss. He will be remembered as a nice guy.

So sorry for your loss. He will be remembered as a nice guy.

We were so sad to hear the news about Jason. Our family sends our prayers, and we hope you will be able to take comfort in knowing Jason is at peace and is in the arms of our Lord and Savior. May all the good memories you have of Jason support you through this most difficult time.

Kari &Van Zee Family, Know that my thoughts and prayers are with you. Jason's picture says it all--I'll always remember the warm smile he had. My heartfelt sympathy goes out to you. Take care.

I was blessed to know Jason and watch him grow and mature into an adult. I remember his child like attitude that showed in his excitement and love of fun and life. He kept me young and made me enjoy the little things in life. He was a friend to all. My thoughts and prayers go out to the family.

I am full of shock and sadness at the news of Jason leaving us. I worked with Jason for 3 years in the ASC and he was an inspiration to us all. His smile was contagious, his wit ingenious, and his taste in music, well that just depended on the genre he chose to play that day. Jason continually encouraged me to challenge myself as a student and allowed me so much liberty in my position as a tutor, continually encouraging me to seek out becoming a professor some day. Perhaps some day I can make this come true and thank Jason for his guidance. We had some wonderful talks, laughs, and even some times a need to "quiet down". The latter is a pretty hard feat to accomplish when you've got a man singing, "Fat guy in a little coat" to the new orientation class of students! I am so sorry for your loss and I pray the good memories continue to make you smile through the tears until you see him again one day. Jen

Jason was a good man, encouraging, shared a few laughs. It's hard seeing someone you know impacted so many lives leave so soon. My heart aches for his family and I am sincerely sorry for their loss

Words can't express. I'm shocked and saddened. I knew Jason as a student and work-study at Kaplan. He was always smiling and helpful, quick with a joke and quicker to laugh. Too many people I know gone too soon recently. My deepest sympathies to the family.

Kari, I am so sorry for your loss. Words cannot express the sadness I feel...my heart breaks for you.

I am saddened and shocked. I worked with Jason. He was helped me with many computer problems. He did fantastic presentations in my classes. And he was always ready to help students. And helped he did: precisely, effectively, and always with smile on his face. I admired his wit, intelligence, knowledge, and sense of humor - the latter not only because he was the first (and sometimes the only one) to get my jokes. I offer my deepest condolences to Jason's family. The world will not be the same without him.

It is with great sadness that I offer my condolences to your entire family for Jason's sudden call Home. I knew him from my time at Kaplan University and playing softball with him. He was such a positive and fun person to be around. He will truly be missed.
