Caroline, Larry and family, I'm happy I was able to speak with you before Carrol's visitation and funeral. I have lots and lots of happy memories of Lois and Carrol, and quite a few pictures to go with those memories. We spent a lot of time together after I fixed them up on a blind date all those many years ago. I was honored to be their bridesmaid. Please send me an email with your snail mail addresses so I can keep track of you both. And remember we have a guest room any time you are back this way. Sending loving thoughts to you on your double loss in 2014. Beverly & Dave Hannon

To Carrol's family and friends, my heartfelt sympathy goes out to you. It was a great adventure going on the trip with Carrol to Washington DC. We got to see and learn so much at the memorials of our country. I see some of the pictures of the day there and I think Carrol really enjoyed how our country took our veteran's in consideration for there service to this U.S.A. We put pennys on Audey Murphy's grave at Arlington Cemetery, and watched the changing of the guard. Audey was a Medal of Honor winner beside's a ledgend in western movie's. This was a great honor for myself, i had tears in my eyes several times that day. My heart has tears today. Take care Caroline.

My heartfelt thoughts and sincere sympathy are with Carroll's family. This is hard to believe as I talked to him about 2 weeks ago. Bob and I did many things together with Lois and Carroll. We went to football games, vacation and many visits.- So many fond memories. .

As one of Carroll's nephews I remember him as being very kind and patient. As recently as September when we had not seen each other for many years, he recognized me instantly. He was also my very last uncle. My sisters (Diane and Julie) and I wish the kids the very best.

I always enjoyed your parents, I'm sure your Dad had a hard time after your Mother passed. Please accept our sincere sympathy.

Thinking of you in your time of sorrow.

We wish to express our sympathy to the Voelkers family on the passing of Carrol. He will surely be missed, but he will also be fondly remembered. He was a good man.
