Dee I love you and miss you and always will!

Dee was one of the sweetest, kindest and most gentle people I will have ever known. She immediately accepted me into the family like I had always belonged more than 30 years ago. I will always remember her laugh and truly generous spirit. She was, to say the least, an animal lover, spoiling every animal she came across. My heart goes out to Delmar, her loving and devoted husband for a lifetime as well as her son, Randy and his wife, Janice. She gave so much love and joy to all who were lucky enough to know her. She will be deeply missed by us all!

So sorry to hear of Dee's passing. Del....We know you will miss her so very much. She was always good to visit with when we saw you occasionally.

There are no words that could describe the huge loss of my precious Aunt Dee. I feel like my heart has exploded and the pieces will never go back together the way they once were because a huge piece is now missing. We were so looking forward to a reunion in November down in Florida. The Lord had other plans and our next reunion will be in heaven. Delmar I pray for you constantly and Randy and Janice. God bless you and give you strength to carry on as that is what she would have wanted. Penny Yost 8/19/14 W. Covina, CA

An Angel has left us. Dee was such a wonderful lady and so much a part of my childhood memories. She was everybody's Mom. You are in my thoughts and prayers Delmar, Randy and Janice.

Our beautiful aunt is gone, leaving a huge void in our lives. We were all her favorite. Spoiling all of us with her affection. Our hearts ache for uncle Delmar, Randy and Janice. We have deep sorrow that I hope in time will lessen but for now is unbearable. She's in a place of no pain or suffering but I cry selfish tears for I lost my beloved Deetle. Cindy Smith

Though we did not see each other often, you have a special place in our heart. It was always fun to come to Iowa and visit. May God give you His peace at this time, Delmar, Randy and family. Richard and Eunice (Snyder) Eakins

WITH THE LOSS OF MY DEAR SISTER LIFE WILL NEVER BE THE SAME. OUR HEARTS ARE BROKEN BEYOND REPAIR. SHE WAS MY LITTLE SISTER WHO WAS ALWAYS READY TO HELP ME IN TIME OF SICKNESS AND SORROW, AND A WONDERFUL AUNT TO MY THREE CHILDREN. HOW MUCH I WILL MISS HER VISITS TO FLORIDA TO SEE ME. SHE WAS A PRECIOUS JEWEL. LIFE MUST GO ON BUT NEVER THE SAME AS WHEN SHE WAS WITH US. IT IS A GREAT SORROW. MAY SHE REST IN PEACE TILL WE MEET AGAIN. HER ONE AND ONLY SISTER BETTY
