My Uncle Bill. Getting together with him always meant there was about to be some low level chaos. DNR interactions, insulting bikers and questioning authority were the norm. I loved it. It hurts that he's no longer with us, but im very happy he was.
Im sorry my family wasnt able to attend his final gathering but Mom and Dad aren't as mobile nowadays and long days arent very easy for them.
Thank you Diane for keeping him mostly in line and for everything you did for him until the end.
The next trotline I set will have his name in it. Its only fair. Mike

Bill, and I shared growing up together, we both enjoyed building muzzle loading rifles and antique firearms . Hunting, fishing, outdoor activities.Emma and I will miss him. Thanks Bill for sharing your life with me, Terry

Bill became a friend as he was with my older brother,Terry. We shared hunting fishing,outdoors,jeeps,folk music,family cabin, basket ball @ Howdy Cherrys. A true close friend and his mom,Trudy,made me oatmeal cookies!!

Hello Diane and to Bill's brother Jim, So saddened to learn this news about Bill. My sister Bernice in San Diego had sent me a text with regard to his passing. Bill, Howdy Cherry and I were great friends in our childhood days. The 3 of us lived just blocks apart. I grew up in that stone house at the start of Linden Drive. and Howdy across the street from me. Bill lived just down the way. We had many great times together that could fill a book. I also loved his mom & dad as well. They always welcomed me into their home. I extend my deepest sympathy to you in the loss of Bill. Harry
