Lori and I just learned of Bill’s passing. Our condolences and prayers are with you and the family. We couldn’t have asked for better neighbors and friends with you and Bill. Bill loved fishing and baseball. We will always have those memories.

I am so very sorry for your loss. Uncle Bill was one of my absolute favs. Uncle Bill gave me advice on softball and encouraged me to play. I have fond memories of camping with the Vebas when I was a child. Uncle Bill was usually easy going, but I do remember one time when Uncle Bill was not pleased with Scott and I because for some reason, Scott and I thought it was a good idea to take the white rock around their fire pit at the campsite and throw rocks at a tree. Uncle Bill looked at us and told us to pick up every single rock, and boy did we move fast. I also have fond memories of spending Thanksgiving and other holidays with the Vrbas and Uncle Bill and his love for sports. He was a great man with a heart of gold. R.I.P. Uncle Bill.
