Lon and Teresa and family, my thoughts and prayers are with you. I am very sorry for your loss. I hope your family grows stronger and closer during this difficult time. Take care, Marge Daley

Lon and Teresa may God give you and all the family peace at this time. Remember all the good times and know he is at peace. Lots of love.

Jim was a great guy....Our prayers and sympathy are with the whole family. I was head of receiving at Payless Cashways (when Lonnie worked there) and I met Jim when he delivered merchandise to us and loved visiting with him. Have enjoyed seeing him at HyVee in the years since. He will be missed.

Skip, Rod and Rick Kern, so sorry when I opened the Obits today. I got to know your dad when I loaded trucks with Universal Gym from 75 to 79. He was such a pleasure to visit with him when he would stop in. Fast forward to some years later when I was umpiring a kids league baseball game for Cedar Hills and he came up to me to give me some static about my calls and we laughed about it, and he scared my wife because he started out like he was really upset. He was a great guy and had a contagious smile. So sorry for your loss.

Drove by the house today to wave goodbye one last time to Jim. Been Going past the house and waving since the 70’s when I was riding bicycles and then started driving cars. Seems like I waved at Jim a zillion times and he always waved back. Going to miss. Doug

So sorry for your loss. We have many memories of good times when our families got together years ago when all the kids were pretty young. We stopped and saw Jim and Ardella on Wilson Ave. and reminisced about dairy days. And Joni we still live in Marion across from the people you babysat for years ago. May God be with all of you at this sad time. Cecil & Jean Anderson

Much love sent to you, Lonnie, Teresa, and all of your family. Lonnie, your parents instilled some great attributes in you that you have shared with your family. May God bless you warmly as you go through this trying time but I know you'll have peace as you remember the family times that made you who you are. Chris
