Dale E. Falt, 71, of Cedar Rapids passed away on Tuesday, February 13 at his home. Visitation will be held from 10 AM to 12 PM on Tuesday, February 20 at Cedar Memorial Park Funeral Home. The family request to please share a fond memory or story of Dale at the visitation. A private family inurnment will be held at Cedar Memorial Park Cemetery.
Dale was born on August 25, 1946 to Emil and Lillian Mingo Falt in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. He was a former owner of The Book Trader Store in Marion. Dale was a member of the Linn County Chapter of The Izaak Walton League of America, Inc. Dale was a Ford and Mustang enthusiast, even owning a 1970 351 Boss Mustang. He will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.
He is survived by his sister, Jinnine (Jose) Villacrez of Monroe, Wisconsin and many loving nieces and nephews.
Dale was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Jack Brogan.
