To see this in the paper brought not just tears to my eyes and a saddened heart, but also wonderful memories of our youth.
I went to junior high with Wilma (Sam) and we became friends very quickly and remained that way. Of course as it happens with many we drifted apart but would see each other through the years. We even ended up going to beauty school together!
Sam was so kind hearted and a giving person, but most of all a loving woman. I have and will continue to cherish all the memories of our past. Rest in peace, Sam!
